Mourat Vintage 2021 Bottle Sizes 750ml Country France Region Loire Valley Appellation Val de Loire Wine Type Red - Still Varietals Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Négrette, Cabernet Sauvignon Farming Organic Vineyard From 15 to 30 year old vines. Soil Volcanic (Rhyolites) Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic methods. Double guyot pruning. Vines are planted at a density of 6,700 vines per hectare. Vinification Fruit is destemmed. Eight day maceration in tank with regular pump overs. All vinification and élevage occurs in stainless steel. Aging Aged for 5 months in stainless steel tank. Back to Current Releases
