Soil Sublime rocky soil of quartz and blue schist Vinification Co-fermented with 5% Graciano, the bunches were partially de- stemmed into an open top fermenter where the grapes were gently foot tread and punched down once a day during a native yeast fermentation and an extended maceration of 45 days on skins and stems. Aging The wine was aged for 22 months in neutral oak barrels including approximately 20% American Oak. The 2015 is brilliant red in color with a exotic nose that is floral, savory and sweet.
