Notes Pleasant fruit aromas and a bright, clear color. The taste sensation in the mouth is very pleasant, light and well balanced, fresh and very cheerful feeling, good persistence, with fruit and flower notes. The aftertaste invites you to continue savoring the wine.

"A traditional Cava (no Chardonnay to find here...) with an edgy, citrus nose. It has a fine mousse with zesty lemon and mineral flavours. Refreshing." DOMAINE OVERVIEW: Josep Mª Suriol has been involved with wine since he was 14 years old and worked in his father's vineyard. 3 years ago he created a company to market a few small high quality producers, and he also started producing Papet del Mas cava. He buys Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Paralleda grapes and produces the cava in a space he rents in a winery. He describes his philosophy as trying to make the highest quality possible at a reasonable price using only indigenous grapes. The Papet del Mas is a great value and the quality is far superior to most other cavas in the same price range.
