Dutraive uses his oldest vines for this cuvée averaging over 60 years old. Soil Decomposed granite Viticulture As with all of Dutraive's vineyards, Le Clos is organically farmed and worked by hand. This monopole has been certified organic since 2009. Vinification Carbonic maceration with no added sulfer and natural yeast. Aging about a year in used futs de chene (barrel) Production Very limited.
