Aurélien Chatagnier Vintage 2019 Bottle Sizes 750 ml Country France Region Rhône Appellation Cornas Wine Type Red - Still Varietals 100% Syrah Farming Organic practicing Vineyard From two parcels of vines making up 0.23 hectare in lieu-dit Sauman. Soil Granite Viticulture All vineyard work is done by hand following organic principles. Vinification Each parcel is vinified separately. The grape clusters are sorted and destemmed before being gently crushed and undergoing native yeast fermentation in tank. Daily remontage (pump over) occurs as needed and warm maceration is employed. Aging Aged for 12-15 months in barriques (approximately 1/3 new). Production 1,600 bottles produced.
