Notes Produced from equal parts of Grolleau, Pinot Noir and Gamay, the fruit for this wine comes from Chidaine’s estate-grown, bio-dynamically farmed vineyards located just north of the Cher river between the villages of Montrichard and Chissay-en-Touraine. The juice is completed entirely in stainless steel to keep this wine fresh. Ripe strawberries, lemon, raspberry meringue, mint.
