Thibaud Boudignon Vintage 2021 Bottle Sizes 750ml Country France Region Loire Valley Appellation Savennières Wine Type White - Still Varietals 100% Chenin Blanc Farming Biodynamic Vineyard 1.5 hectares of young vines in lieu-dit Clos de la Hutte in the commune of La Poissonnière. Clos de la Hutte is an ancient religious site of 7 hectares total, of which 2.6 are vines. Massale selection. Soil Schist Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic and biodynamic principles. All vineyard work is done by hand. Harvesting of the grapes occurs as quickly as possible with a large team to ensure the proper acidity levels are maintained. Vinification Vinified 50% in oval demi-muid, 25% in 320L cigars, and 25% in 500L barrels. Aging Aged for one year in barrel and a minimum of 3 months in stainless steel.
