Vintage 2020 Bottle Sizes 750ml Country Austria Region Kamptal Appellation Strass im Strassertale Wine Type Red - Still Varietals Zweigelt and crushed grapes of Sauvignon Blanc Farming Organic Vineyard Zweigelt from Strasser Nesselthal - soil type Loess with gravel - planted 2001 - altitude 319 meters. Sauvignon blanc from Strasser Steinbühel - soil type gley - planted 2007 - altitude 244 meters. Soil Loess with gravel. Vinification Whole bunches of Zweigelt co-fermented with crushed Sauvignon blanc grapes for 18 days. Fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 6 month in used French oak barrels. 8 mg/l SO2 added before bottling. No fining, no filtration, just handled by gravity. Notes One of three newer, experimental natural wines named after Martin’s three daughters, a way for him to continue pushing the limits of his winemaking.
