From the vine to the glass, our goal is the same: to accompany the grape as naturally as possible to preserve the brilliance of the local grape varieties of our vineyard. Altesse, Chardonnay, Mondeuse and Gamay are patiently matured to give birth to wines that we want to be lively but precise. Our single-plot vintages of whites, reds, oranges and sparkling wines are made with the indigenous yeasts of our terroirs, in AOC Bugey or Cru Montagnieu. More atypical vintages such as an orange wine and wines matured in terracotta amphorae complete the range of our young estate.
